My name is David Scott, and I am a lifelong shooting enthusiast. I served 20 years in the Army, 15 of which in Special Forces, and I am a certified NRA Basic Pistol Instructor and Range Safety Officer.

Programs
Basic Pistol Course
The Basic Pistol Course is an eight hour NRA course conducted over two days. You will learn:
- Pistol Knowledge & Safe Gun Handling
- Ammunition Knowledge
- Fundamentals of Pistol Shooting
- Shooting Positions and Shooting Qualification
- Maintaining your Pistol
This course EXCEEDS State of Colorado requirements for a concealed carry permit. This course is for new or experienced shooters looking to learn or hone basic pistol skills.
Students will demonstrate what they learned in both the classroom and range environments.
Prerequisites:
- Students must be 21 years old or older, and legally able to purchase and own firearms.
- Students must possess a revolver or semi-automatic pistol and ammunition (100 rounds) in order to complete course.
